Born from the heart of Aquilaria trees, agarwood is nature's alchemy. When these trees are wounded — by lightning, insects, or time itself — they respond by secreting a dark, fragrant resin. Over decades, this resin saturates the heartwood, creating one of the most coveted materials in the world of fragrance and traditional medicine.
At Sola Oud, we believe in honoring this ancient process. We work directly with ethical wild-harvesters in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Indonesia — communities who have passed down their knowledge through generations. Every piece of agarwood we offer is legally sourced, hand-selected, and graded with uncompromising standards.
