Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• The original seal on oud oil bottles must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sample vials, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, opened oud oils and used incense products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Email us at contact@solaoud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
